Since "classic K bikes" (K75, K100, K1 and K1100) all stem from the same basic design, they have many parts in common. One of the better online resources for determining what different K models utilize a specific part is the RealOEM site.

Here's an example of a part that is common to all K bikes, the turn-signal/flasher relay - part 61311459224. By entering the part number on this page:

We get these results and can drill down further by clicking on a model name:

Note that this only shows parts that have the same part number.  There are many other interchangeable parts so these results are not exclusive.
