Remove/Replace K75/K100 Mass Airflow Sensor

Below is what I've found is the easiest way to remove/replace the mass airflow sensor on a K75 or 2V K100.

1 - Remove any body parts obstructing access to the air box.

2 - Remove the three clips (one front, two rear) that hold the upper and lower halves of the air box together.

3 - Lift up the rear (left side really but it's the rear if you're looking at the bike from the right side) of the air filter and slide the air filter out.

4 - Undo the plenum side hose clamp from the large hose that goes from the air box to the plenum above the throttle bodies.

5 - Undo the hose clamp at the air box end of that hose. DO NOT remove the hose from the air box, just take the clamp off.

6 - Pull the top half of the air box out slightly and undo the two flat-headed Allen machine screws on the top right rear of it. (4mm Allen wrench)

7 - Reach up under the rear of the top half of the air box and pull down on the back of the mass airflow sensor to remove it.

8 - Remove the wire clip on the mass airflow sensor's wiring harness connector and remove the connector from the mass airflow sensor.

9 - Put the wire clip back on the wiring harness connector.  It will slide right on when you reinstall it as the clip will pass over the tangs on the connector on the mass airflow sensor.

Installation is the reverse of removal.
